Free Shipping:
Enjoy free shipping on orders over R1000 within South Africa.

Standard Delivery:
For orders under R1000, a minimum delivery fee of R100 applies. We partner with reliable couriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely.

Delivery Time:
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that our products are homemade, so extra processing time may be required. We only process shipments on weekdays, so orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be prepared and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
No refunds or returns are offered on any orders.

Return and Refund Policies:

• All Sales Are Final. Refunds and/or exchanges are not available.

• Undeliverable or Returned Packages: Refunds will not be issued for packages returned or deemed undeliverable.

Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Items:

• For products arriving damaged, broken, or if the incorrect item is received, a refund will be issued for the purchase price.

• A photo of the damage or error is required to file a claim with the shipping service.

Melted Products:

• Slightly melted products, such as candles, are non-refundable. While we strive to ensure the quality of your items, we cannot control weather or temperature conditions during shipping.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, as we are not responsible for how the shipment is handled or delivered.

Important Information about Soy Wax Candles

• Textured Tops:
  Soy candles may have slightly uneven or textured tops. This is a natural characteristic of the soybean oil used to create soy wax.

• Wet Spots on Glass:
  Temperature changes may cause the wax to detach from the glass, leading to visible wet spots.

• Burning Instruction:  For optimal performance and safety, remember to burn the candle for at least 1 hour initially and not longer than 4 hours at a time.

These characteristics are entirely normal and do not affect the quality or performance of your candle. Soy candles burn cleanly and are toxin-free.
